The original 1975 Chloe, created for the house's Karl Lagerfeld-era Parfums Chloe line, is remembered as one of the most beautiful multi-faceted floral fragrances of its decade, a lush aldehydic bouquet of tuberose, hyacinth, orange flower and jasmine over an oakmoss-amber base. It has been out of production for years, and Jubilee's CHL124 has become a lifeline for devoted fans. One reviewer, who says they've worn the original for almost fifty years, called this dupe 'perfect' now that the real thing is discontinued. The florals are all present and correctly proportioned, with a peach-honeysuckle opening leading into the tuberose-jasmine-rose heart the original is loved for.
