Lush B Scent is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2004, created by Mark Constantine. Lush's B Scent carries a Statement verdict, a fresh-led wear.

This Lush offering is seriously divisive: some find it a delightful, clean, classic-y bohemian scent; others recoil from its harsh, chemical, or even 'urine-like' opening. Definitely not a safe blind buy.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Summer
Also Works:
Fall

A warm-weather pick - at its best in summer and spring.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual
Also Works:
Date Sport

Its moderate sillage and fresh, clean character make it versatile for casual daytime wear and could work for an unconventional date. However, its 'love it or hate it' nature makes it a risk for formal or office settings.

About

B Scent opens with a bright, zesty hit of lemon and bergamot, quickly joined by an unusual, slightly sweet and bitter fennel note that either charms or repels. A heart of clean lavender, soft rose, and indolic jasmine emerges, eventually settling into a woody, musky base of sandalwood with hints of lingering sweetness. It's a journey from sharp citrus to a gentle, earthy floral finish.
