Oakcha Copper Cask is an Extrait de Parfum launched in 2026. Copper Cask opens with Cognac and Raspberry, settles into a heart of Rose, and dries down to a base of Oakmoss, Tonka Bean, and Praline. Oakcha's Copper Cask carries an Acquired verdict, a floral-led wear.

A boozy cognac and raspberry opening, a single rose, and a deep praline and tonka base. Rich and showy, it is made for cold nights and anyone who likes gourmand scents with a strong personality.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Fall Winter

Cognac, praline and tonka are heavy and warm, so they belong in cold weather. In heat they would be too thick.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Date Formal
Also Works:
Casual

Bold and indulgent, so it suits parties, dinners and dates. It is too loud for an office.

About

Copper Cask smells like an after-dinner drink poured into a crystal glass. It opens with cognac, warm, fruity and faintly woody, joined by a sweet jolt of raspberry liqueur. The two together are syrupy and intoxicating, and they make a strong first impression. A single rose forms the heart. It keeps the scent from being a plain dessert, giving a soft petal sweetness that blends with the berries and adds a touch of elegance. It is a short bridge, but an important one. Praline, tonka bean and oakmoss end the story. The praline is nutty and caramelised, tonka adds a smooth vanilla-almond warmth, and a little oakmoss gives a dark, mossy undertone that keeps the sweetness from going flat. The base is deep and lingering. As an extrait, it is built to be noticed. It lasts through a long evening and leaves a clear trail, so one or two sprays suffice. It belongs in autumn and winter, at dinners, parties and dates, and it suits any gender who enjoys statement scents. Bottom line: a rich, boozy gourmand with a show-stopping dry-down.
