Oakcha Sacred Scandal is an Extrait de Parfum launched in 2026. Sacred Scandal opens with Red Fruits, Cognac, Bergamot, and Lemon, settles into a heart of Cypress, Pepper, Ginger, and Clary Sage, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, Sandalwood, and Vetiver. Oakcha's Sacred Scandal carries an Acquired verdict, a woody-led wear.

A boozy cognac and spice scent with ginger and pepper in the middle and a thick vanilla amber base. Oakcha's take on BornToStandOut Drunk Lovers, made for cold nights and confident wearers.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

About

Sacred Scandal begins with a pour of cognac. The spirit is warm and fruity, and red fruits and juniper add a sharp, gin-like edge while citrus keeps the top bright for a moment. Very quickly the spice arrives. Ginger and pepper make the heart prickly and exciting, clary sage adds an herbal, musky softness and cypress gives a cool, green line that stops the sweetness from running away. The base is large. Vanilla and amber form a thick, glowing bed, with benzoin and sandalwood adding balsamic smoothness. Cinnamon and cardamom keep the spice going, and patchouli and vetiver give an earthy floor. As an extrait it lasts long and projects well, so apply it with a light hand. This is a night scent. Wear it in autumn or winter, to bars, parties and dinners, or whenever you want to leave a trail. It pairs well with dark clothes and low light. Bottom line: a rich, boozy spice and vanilla amber that is dramatic, warm and hard to ignore.
