Kars is Perfume Parlour's read on Nishane's Ani, the luxurious spicy-woody vanilla that helped define the brand. It opens fresh and lively with green notes, bergamot, pink pepper and an earthy ginger, then a heart of Turkish rose, cardamom and juicy blackcurrant adds warmth and spice before settling into a rich, creamy base of vanilla, sandalwood, cedar, patchouli, benzoin and musk. Against the Nishane, this budget version simplifies the seamless bright-to-creamy transition and reads a touch flatter, with the ginger freshness and powdery depth pared back, and longevity sitting closer to the skin than Ani's strong 10-12 hour projection. Still, the sophisticated, versatile spicy-woody-vanilla signature is well captured, making it a comforting, confident budget option for cool-weather evenings and easy office wear.
