Perfume Parlour Unique is an Eau de Parfum. Unique opens with Green, Bergamot, Coriander, and Galbanum, settles into a heart of Hyacinth, Orange Blossom, Rose, and Orris, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, Cedar, and Sandalwood. Perfume Parlour's Unique carries a Statement verdict, a floral-led wear.

A budget take on Sung by Alfred Sung. The green galbanum-and-citrus opening, clean white-floral heart and mossy-woody base capture the original's crisp, elegant character, though the dupe wears flatter and skin-closer - the tenacious vintage depth is softened into something simpler.

About

Unique opens green and crisp with galbanum, bergamot, coriander and a soft peach, the sharp citrusy bite sitting on sappy green vines just as in the original. The heart is a clean, slightly spicy white-floral bouquet - orange blossom, hyacinth, rose, ylang, orris and carnation - that reads strong but never overwhelming. The drydown settles into cedar, vetiver, sandalwood, oakmoss, amber and a touch of vanilla and tolu balsam for a mossy, refined finish. Inspired by Sung by Alfred Sung, it chases that spicy-yet-super-clean green-floral character of an 80s classic. As a Perfume Parlour version it renders the blend flatter and skin-closer, with the green galbanum and citrus weighted up and the refined floral and mossy facets softened, so it projects less than the tenacious vintage original. The result is a clean, elegant green floral that captures the polished mood of Sung for a fraction of the price.
