267 HE opens on the same metallic, slightly synthetic freshness that opens the real Hermès H24, and keeps the clary sage and narcissus heart that gives the fragrance its distinctive green, almost herbal-floral character. Where this dupe simplifies things is the base: the real H24 was built around Hermès's proprietary sclarene molecule alongside vetiver, cedar and ambrette musk for a layered, technically ambitious finish, while this version reduces the base to a single rosewood note. The result captures the top-line green-metallic-sage character convincingly but loses the depth and slow-building complexity that made H24 one of Hermès's more talked-about modern releases, this reads flatter and more one-dimensional in the drydown than the original's carefully engineered finish.
