Rebel Aromas Fortune is an Eau de Parfum. Fortune opens with Bergamot and Rose, settles into a heart of Jasmine, Peony, and Freesia, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, and Cedar. Rebel Aromas's Fortune carries an Acquired verdict, a floral-led wear.

Rebel Aromas' inspired-by version of Chanel's Chance. Fortune leans on the same rose-jasmine-musk floral skeleton but the blend is simpler and less diffusive, missing Chance's signature airy, sparkling quality and much of its lasting power.

About

Fortune is Rebel Aromas' take on Chanel's Chance, one of the most recognisable floral fragrances of the last two decades. It opens with rose and bergamot, aiming for the same bright, feminine freshness, though the accord here feels flatter and less sparkling than the designer original. Peony, jasmine and freesia build the heart with a straightforward floral sweetness, echoing Chance's romantic bouquet but without its signature effervescent quality. The base of musk, cedarwood and amber gives a soft, clean finish that nods to the original's understated elegance, though it fades faster and sits closer to the skin. Overall Fortune captures the general floral-fresh mood of Chance reasonably well for the price, but the complexity, sparkle and staying power that make the original a modern classic aren't fully there.
