The Essence Vault I. Miyake for Her - 782 is an Eau de Parfum. I. Miyake for Her - 782 opens with Rose and Lotus, settles into a heart of Floral and Lily, and dries down to a base of Woody and Musk. The Essence Vault's I. Miyake for Her - 782 carries a Statement verdict, a floral-led wear.

A softened, sweeter reading of Issey Miyake's L'Eau d'Issey - the rose-lotus-lily bouquet is close in spirit, but the crystalline, aquatic-mineral edge that defines the original is largely smoothed away.

About

No. 782 takes its cue from Issey Miyake's L'Eau d'Issey, opening with a watery lotus-rose accord before moving into a soft lily-and-bouquet heart that captures the original's clean floral femininity reasonably well. What's missing is the mineral, almost crystalline freshness that made the real L'Eau d'Issey feel so revolutionary - here the aquatic facet is muted and the florals lean sweeter and more conventional, giving up some of the original's understated sophistication. The woody-musk drydown is soft and comforting but fades to a close skin scent within a few hours rather than the gentle, all-day persistence fans of the original know. A pleasant, easy-wearing floral for anyone who likes L'Eau d'Issey's idea more than its precise character.
