The osmanthus is noticeably more restrained here than in the original, where it adds a distinctive apricot-leather nuance, so the floral character reads more conventionally powdery-violet. The amber and vanilla base provides comfortable warmth but lacks some of the original's luminous, almost futuristic radiance.
