Best Versace Perfumes for Women UK 2026

Two classics, a run of bright flankers and a few we would skip. Versace's women's range sorted by who each bottle suits, from verdicts drawn from wearer reports.

Versace sells a lot of women's fragrance, and most of it falls into two camps: two 2000s classics with the biggest wearer communities among the women's range, and a long run of bright, clean flankers with colour names. The classics are the safer bet. The flankers are a mixed bag, and a few are not worth the money.

This guide groups what to buy by who it suits, and the takes come from the verdicts on our own perfume pages, drawn from wearer reports. Each pick names the exact concentration we are covering, because Versace releases the same name in several strengths and they do not smell identical.

The two to start with

Bright Crystal - Eau de Toilette

Yuzu, pomegranate and ice over peony, lotus and magnolia, on musk, amber and mahogany. Alberto Morillas, 2006.

A crowd-pleaser: a sparkling, juicy floral that is very hard to dislike, and it works as a daily scent, an office scent and a gift. Its limit is depth. Wearers who want something with a bit of mystery find it a touch safe, and four in five wearers who voted put its longevity below long lasting.

Crystal Noir - Eau de Parfum

Pepper, cardamom and ginger over gardenia, peony, coconut and orange blossom, on sandalwood, musk and amber. Antoine Lie, 2004.

If Bright Crystal is the daytime Versace, this is the evening one. A creamy floral with a spicy edge and a coconut warmth, and our verdict calls it sultry and signature-worthy. Wearer votes back that up: around six in ten call the longevity long lasting or eternal, and over half rate the sillage strong or enormous. It is a noticeable perfume, so wear it where that is welcome.

The Eau de Toilette is the version people argue about. Some smell fresh creamy spice and some smell cleaning products. It performs well for an EDT, so it is worth a sniff if the EDP feels too heavy, but do not buy it blind.

Light and fresh for daytime and summer

Yellow Diamond - Eau de Toilette

Lemon, pear, bergamot and neroli over mimosa, freesia and water lily, on musk and guaiac wood. Another Morillas composition, from 2011.

Light, sheer and cheerful. This is the one for someone who wants a clean citrus floral that stays light. The trade-off is that it sits close to the skin and fades early, so it suits a warm day better than a long one.

Versense - Eau de Toilette

Bergamot, fig and pear over cardamom, lily and jasmine, on cedar and musk. 2009.

It is a Mediterranean holiday in a bottle: crisp, clean and endlessly refreshing. Some find it a bit safe. It is a reliable warm-weather reach that does not ask much of you.

Dylan Turquoise - Eau de Toilette

Lemon, mandarin and pink pepper over guava and freesia, on clearwood and musk. Sophie Labbé, 2020.

A playful, youthful citrus-tropical scent that is at its best in summer. Expect a light, sparkling presence rather than anything with weight.

Dylan Purple - Eau de Parfum

Pear, bergamot and bitter orange over freesia, on ambroxan and cedar. Christophe Raynaud, 2022.

Juicy pear and citrus over airy florals, and our verdict rates it as ideal for daytime and casual wear. It has the highest community rating of the Dylan flankers. Wearer votes put the projection mostly at moderate or close to the skin, so do not expect it to fill a room.

Versace Pour Femme - Eau de Parfum

Lilac, guava and wisteria over lotus, jasmine and orchid, on musk and cashmere wood. Alberto Morillas and Loc Dong, 2007.

A soft, springlike floral that our verdict calls quietly chic. It sits well away from the louder names in the range.

Sweeter and more modern

Eros Pour Femme - Eau de Toilette

Pomegranate, lemon and bergamot over jasmine, lemon blossom and peony, on musk, ambroxan and sandalwood. Alberto Morillas, Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorson, 2014.

A bright citrus floral that melts into a creamy, musky-woody base. It is bolder than Bright Crystal and a good step up for anyone who found that one too polite. Do not confuse it with the men's Eros, which is a different fragrance. The Eau de Parfum adds depth for cooler weather, though the community leans towards the EDT for its fresher daytime character.

Bright Crystal Absolu - Eau de Parfum

Yuzu and pomegranate over raspberry, peony and lotus, on musk, amber and mahogany. Alberto Morillas again, 2013.

A rounder, juicier take on the original, for anyone who wants the Bright Crystal idea with a bit more presence. Wearers rate the longevity higher than the original's. It is flirty and polished rather than complicated.

Crystal Emerald - Eau de Parfum

Bergamot, pink pepper and peach over rosebud and jasmine, on musk, incense and tonka. 2025.

New and still a small community, so treat the votes with care. The verdict is a clean-musk floral with a soapy, powdery softness that smells like a fresh shower.

Versace Woman - Eau de Parfum

Rose, jasmine and bergamot over raspberry and lotus, on musk and amber. Christine Nagel, 2000.

A sweet, airy raspberry floral from the same era as the original Crystals. It is bright and feminine, and it moves from day to evening without effort.

Dylan Blue Pour Femme - Eau de Parfum

Apple, blackcurrant and shiso over rose, peach and jasmine, on musk, patchouli and styrax. Calice Becker and Nathalie Gracia-Cetto, 2017.

Make sure you buy the Pour Femme version, because the men's Dylan Blue shares the name. Our verdict calls this one a clean-girl aesthetic in a bottle: freshly washed hair. If that is your idea of nice, you will rate it. If not, it can read as shampoo.

The ones we would not recommend

  • Bright Crystal Parfum - a divisive flanker. Fans of the original like the extra longevity, but others find it generic and weighed down by synthetic notes. Buy the original or the Absolu instead.
  • Yellow Diamond Intense - some wearers love it as a zesty summer scent, but others find the citrus sharp or turning sour. Plain Yellow Diamond is the safer choice.
  • Versus - a polarising freshie, and a number of wearers dismiss it as a generic room spray.
  • Dylan Blush Pink - the community calls it either a princess-like crowd-pleaser or a generic body mist, with little complexity either way.
  • Blonde - not a bad perfume, but an uncompromising tuberose. Our verdict says wearers either adore its glamour or smell hairspray. Sample it before you spend.

A note on names

Versace reuses a name across strengths, and across men's and women's lines. Crystal Noir, Bright Crystal and Eros Pour Femme all come in more than one concentration, and Dylan Blue and Eros each have a men's version as well. Check the concentration and the words "Pour Femme" or "for women" on the box before you buy.
