Divisive, potent, and polarising, Joop! Homme Wild is a boozy, sweet beast. Many love the rum-soaked tobacco, but almost as many find it cloying and synthetic. Definitely not a blind buy unless you live for sugar-heavy clubbing scents.

Narcotic Bliss chases Initio Narcotic Delight, the boozy cherry-cognac-tobacco. The dark cherry-dipped-in-cognac signature with its smoky tobacco-vanilla base comes through well, but Perfume Parlour reads more candied and synthetic, missing some of the Initio's intoxicating, classy depth.
