Mulberry blossom is the flower of the mulberry tree, Morus. The flowers are small greenish catkins with no petals, and the wind pollinates them. People near a tree in bloom report a faint earthy, spicy smell, and some say the blooms themselves have no scent. In perfume the name is used for a soft floral note in fruity-floral blends.
