Soda smells like cola, rich caramel and warm vanilla carrying most of the weight. A zesty citrus twist sits over the top, and a creamy, lactonic carbonation runs underneath, close to an ice-cold float. The fizz itself reads as a bright, sparkling, aldehydic prickle with a breath of fresh air behind it. A trace of cinnamon spice and a caramelised, honeyed edge round off the sweetness.
