A monofloral honey from bees working citrus groves. Honey sweetness comes first. The blossom rides on top as a light citrus-floral lift, and with age the whole thing turns towards marmalade.

Scent Profile

honeyed leads because every source puts the honey first and treats the blossom as the flavour carried through it. Providence Perfume Co. has citrus and blossom 'give way to warm sweet honey'. Savannah Bee calls it 'bright sweetness, touched with citrus'.
