Baraka is Aromara's take on Initio Parfums Prives' Blessed Baraka, a warm amber-musk fragrance from the house's high-concept, high-price collection. Amber opens the scent immediately, setting a warm, soft tone that carries through the whole composition. Sandalwood and benzoin build the heart with a resinous, comforting sweetness, echoing the original's core amber-woods accord, though it lacks some of Initio's more layered depth and slow-burning complexity. Warm woods and musk in the base keep the fragrance close to skin, cosy rather than loud, which suits both casual and more formal cold-weather wear. At 35% extrait, it holds up well through the day, delivering a straightforward, comforting amber-musk experience that captures the spirit of Initio's original without its considerable price tag or full compositional intricacy.
