Dylan Bleu

Dylan Bleu is Aromara's budget interpretation of Versace Dylan Blue, one of the most recognisable modern aquatic-aromatic scents for men. Where the original is a light Eau de Toilette, Aromara builds this at a 35% Extrait concentration, so the bergamot and grapefruit opening lands with more intensity and the aquatic accord feels denser rather than airy. The violet leaf, black pepper and papyrus heart keeps the same fresh, slightly green backbone as Dylan Blue, and the incense, musk, tonka bean and saffron base is where the two diverge most - the dupe pushes musk and sweetness harder for a rounder, warmer dry-down than the crisper original. It reads a touch flatter and less layered than the real thing, typical of a reformulated concentrate rather than a fine fragrance composition, but the trade-off is longevity: this easily outlasts the EDT it's copying. A reasonable everyday option for anyone who likes Dylan Blue's DNA but wants more wear time for less money, best suited to spring and summer office or casual wear.
