Kokorico by Divain is a woody aromatic fragrance built to echo JPG's cult gourmand-woody original. A sharp, green burst of fig leaves opens the composition before a creamy yet dry heart of bitter cocoa and patchouli takes over, aiming for the same cocoa-dusted, masculine texture as the designer version. The base of Virginia cedar and vetiver grounds the scent with a sturdy woody trail. It captures the shape of Kokorico's DNA well, though the cocoa comes across thinner and less roasted, and the overall intensity fades sooner than the original's famously long-lasting, edgy character. Best reserved for evening events and nights out in colder months.
