Divain Le Male is an Eau de Parfum. Le Male opens with Lavender and Mint, settles into a heart of Caraway, Orange Blossom, and Cinnamon, and dries down to a base of Amber, Cedar, Sandalwood, and Vanilla. Divain's Le Male carries an Acquired verdict, a aromatic-led wear.

This is Divain's version of Jean Paul Gaultier's Le Male, one of the best-known mint-lavender-vanilla masculines of the last three decades. The mint-lavender opening and vanilla-tonka base capture the signature sweet-fresh contrast well, but the dupe's mint fades faster and the vanilla base is less creamy than the original's famously plush finish.

About

This dupe opens with an explosive burst of fresh mint and aromatic lavender, sharpened by green artemisia and herbal cardamom. As the fragrance settles, a spicy and magnetic heart emerges, blending the warmth of cinnamon with the softness of orange blossom and caraway. The final stages reveal a creamy, comforting trail where sweet vanilla and tonka bean meet the earthy strength of sandalwood, amber and cedarwood. It is a recognisable, if less plush, take on Le Male's iconic sweet-aromatic signature, suited to a formal dinner or a night on the town, though the vanilla-tonka drydown doesn't quite reach the original's dense, gourmand richness. High intensity, good longevity.
