No.648 opens with a peppery, bergamot-brightened top before settling into a thick cloud of incense, amber and labdanum. The base is where this fragrance lives: oud, sandalwood and patchouli combine for a dense, smoky, resinous finish that echoes Amouage Interlude Man's signature disorderly-but-composed character.
