Liu Jo Silkway is an Eau de Toilette launched in 2023, created by Angéline Leporini. Silkway opens with Bergamot, Pink Pepper, Pear, and Raspberry, settles into a heart of Jasmin Sambac, Amber, and Orchid, and dries down to a base of Milk, Musk, Vetiver, and Patchouli. Liu Jo's Silkway carries a Statement verdict, a sweet-led wear.

This is a fiercely divisive one: some find it a delightful, juicy, milky dream for everyday wear, while others can't see beyond its generic sweetness and moderate performance. You'll either love its simple charm or find it utterly forgettable.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:

Winter

Versatile across every season - no clear seasonal preference from wearers.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual
Also Works:

Its moderate longevity and sillage, combined with a generally pleasant and sweet fruity profile, make it a good fit for casual daytime wear. It's likely too sweet and not robust enough for formal events, and its creamy base isn't ideal for sport.

About

Silkway kicks off with a burst of sweet, tart raspberry and juicy pear, brightened by bergamot and a hint of pink pepper. It then smooths into a floral heart of jasmine and orchid, warmed by amber. The dry-down is where it gets really cosy, with creamy milk and vanilla blending with soft musk, earthy patchouli, and a touch of vetiver for a comforting finish.
