O Boticário Zaad Vision is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2015, created by Jean-Marc Chaillan. Zaad Vision opens with Mandarin, Nutmeg, Rosemary, and Thyme, settles into a heart of Cypriol Oil or Nagarmotha, Gurjun Balsam, Guaiac Wood, and Labdanum, and dries down to a base of Cashmere Wood, Amber, Patchouli, and Myrrh. O Boticário's Zaad Vision carries a Statement verdict, a musk-led wear.

If you're after the vintage M7 vibe without the vintage price tag, Zaad Vision is your best bet. It's a surprisingly good clone, though some find it a tad short-lived despite initial beast-mode claims.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Fall Winter

A cold-weather scent - best worn in winter and autumn.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Date Formal
Also Works:
Casual

Its strong sillage and eternal longevity, coupled with a heavy woody-spicy profile, make it less suitable for office or sport. It shines brightest for date nights and formal events, though it can be worn casually during colder evenings.

Declarable allergens

We derive these from the materials behind this fragrance's notes, not from the bottle. Each one is likely, not confirmed. The list is partial - the box can name others.

In standard patch-test panels

The large name is the everyday one. The small name is the INCI form on the box, so you can compare the two. Reactions differ between people. A patch-test panel is not a ranking of risk. How we derive this

About

Opens with a spicy-citrus kick from mandarin and nutmeg, quickly moving into a rich, woody heart of guaiac and cypriol that hints at an oud-like depth. The drydown settles into a warm, resinous embrace of amber, myrrh, and cashmere wood, with a touch of patchouli adding earthy warmth. It's a dense, enveloping scent.
