Oakcha Driftwood is an Extrait de Parfum. Driftwood opens with Citrus, Geranium, and Pink Pepper, settles into a heart of Peony, Cardamom, and Saffron, and dries down to a base of Cypriol Oil or Nagarmotha, Musk, Vetiver, and Oud. Oakcha's Driftwood carries an Acquired verdict, a woody-led wear.

A smoky oud that stays wearable, with saffron and pink pepper adding spark before patchouli and vetiver ground it. Suits anyone who wants a dark woody scent with real presence.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

About

Think of a long walk along a cold beach at dusk. Driftwood opens bright and sharp, with geranium, citrus and pink pepper giving an aromatic crackle. That freshness is brief and works as a doorway. The heart moves into warm spice. Saffron leads, cardamom adds a cool, camphor-like lift, and red peony softens the edges just enough. The base is the main event. Oud brings the smoke, patchouli adds an earthy dampness, and vetiver and nagarmotha give it a dry, rooty, almost bark-like texture. A little musk smooths the finish so the smoke never turns harsh on skin. At extrait strength it projects with confidence and lasts well into the night. Two sprays are plenty. It is best in autumn and winter, for evenings out, formal events or any time you want a scent with weight. It works equally well on men and women. Bottom line: a textured, smoky woody oud with enough spice and freshness to stay easy to wear.
