Oakcha Iris Illusion is an Extrait de Parfum. Iris Illusion opens with Salt, settles into a heart of Ylang-Ylang, Osmanthus, Apricot, and Cashmeran, and dries down to a base of Ambroxan. Oakcha's Iris Illusion carries a Statement verdict, a musk-led wear.

A quiet second-skin scent: salty skin, apricot and osmanthus over a glowing ambroxan base. Oakcha's take on Glossier You Fleur, ideal if you like a fragrance that sits close and feels personal.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

About

Iris Illusion is built around closeness. It begins with a mineral salt accord that smells like warm skin after a day by the sea, light and slightly sweet. The heart brings a soft fruit and flower blend. Apricot skin adds a velvety peach glow, ylang-ylang gives a creamy petal note, osmanthus a gentle suede touch and cashmeran a smooth, woolly warmth. Underneath it all, ambroxan spreads out as a clean, mineral amber that lifts the other notes and holds them close. The design is simple on purpose, so it feels airy rather than heavy. At extrait strength it lasts well, but the trail stays intimate, which makes it very easy to wear around other people. It suits the office, errands, travel days and warm evenings, and spring is the sweet spot. Layer it with a body lotion if you want an even softer finish. Bottom line: a salty, apricot-tinged skin scent with a long, calm ambroxan glow.
