Where the original eased into a warm, slightly milky core, Perfume Parlour keeps the citrus brighter for longer and lets the floral middle of water hyacinth and a green carrot accent sit gently underneath rather than dominating. The drydown is a soft white-woods and sandalwood close, smooth and a little powdery, though it carries less of the original's milky warmth.
