Where it diverges is performance and texture: the original wears with a more controlled, generous trail and the salty-woody facets feel more refined, while this Perfume Parlour version reads a touch flatter and, as several buyers note, can fade noticeably within a couple of hours, asking for a re-spray on a hot day.
