The heart of orris, moxalone and civettone keeps that polished iris character before the scent settles into a clean, slightly buttery base of akigalawood, sesame, ambrettolide and sandalwood. The original is unusually soft and restrained for Nishane: a creamy, slightly sweet woody-floral-musk that feels luxurious rather than loud, with good 6-8 hour longevity but skin-hugging sillage. This clone captures that cool-iris-into-creamy-musk arc and the refined sesame-musk drydown, but the composition reads simpler and projects even closer to the skin with shorter wear.
