Pierre Cardin Enigme is an Eau de Toilette launched in 1992, created by Alberto Morillas. Enigme opens with Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, and Lavender, settles into a heart of Rose, Jasmine, Geranium, and Carnation, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, Cedar, and Sandalwood. Pierre Cardin's Enigme carries a Statement verdict, a floral-led wear.

Pierre Cardin Enigme is a classic masculine in the old mould - citrus and herbs on top, spice and flowers in the middle, a deep woody-resinous base. It smells traditional and a little formal, which is the point. A fit for anyone who likes fragrance grown-up.

Showing: Overall Blend

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

About

Enigme opens with coriander, lavender, tarragon, orange, bergamot and lemon, a sharp, herbal citrus start. The heart adds carnation, cinnamon, rose, jasmine and geranium, giving it a spiced floral warmth. The base is long and full: oakmoss, sandalwood, benzoin, musk, labdanum, patchouli, cedar, vanilla, amber and tonka bean. The result is a classic aromatic scent that dries down warm, woody and a touch sweet. It is an eau de toilette with a traditional, slightly formal feel.
