Eleven is The Parfum Hub's extrait-strength take on Louis Vuitton's Ombre Nomade, a fragrance famous for its bitter, smoky oud wrapped in raspberry and rose. The opening is a strong match: juicy raspberry and geranium hit first, quickly joined by rose and saffron, mirroring the original's fruity-floral entry into the oud. Where the two diverge is in the slow-burning smokiness that makes Ombre Nomade so distinctive - the real fragrance takes hours to reveal a suede-like leather facet under the smoke, and Eleven's agarwood, benzoin and birch base moves through its stages faster, settling into a warm, resinous amberwood scent without quite reaching that leathery complexity. It is still a bold, smoky, oud-forward fragrance that will read as niche-adjacent rather than mainstream, and being an extrait it does have decent staying power for a dupe, even if it can't match the legendary longevity Ombre Nomade is known for. Best applied sparingly given its intensity, and best saved for cold-weather evenings where its smoky, opulent character feels most at home.
