V Canto Arkano Della Fortuna is an Extrait de Parfum launched in 2024, created by Paolo Terenzi. Arkano Della Fortuna opens with Bergamot, Lemon, and Mandarin, settles into a heart of Jasmin Sambac, Lavender, and Ambergris, and dries down to a base of Musk, Birch, Frangipani, and Tolu Balsam. V Canto's Arkano Della Fortuna carries a Statement verdict, a fresh-led wear.

Arkano Della Fortuna is a citrus-led extrait with an unusual smoky, balsamic base. Lemon, bergamot and mandarin give it a sharp, sunny start, while birch and tolu balsam bring depth. A characterful unisex choice for anyone who wants citrus with weight behind it.

Timeline

Showing: Overall Blend

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Summer
Also Works:
Fall

A warm-weather pick - at its best in spring and summer.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Date Casual
Also Works:
Office Formal

Its long-lasting nature and moderate sillage make it versatile, suitable for casual day wear and even a relaxed date without being overpowering. While fresh, it's a touch too sophisticated for strenuous sport and might be a bit much for a very formal setting.

About

The extrait opens with a bright trio of lemon, bergamot and mandarin, sharp and juicy at first. In the heart, ambergris, lavender and jasmin sambac add a salty, aromatic and floral layer that softens the citrus. The base is the most distinctive part: birch brings a smoky, tarry edge, tolu balsam adds sweet resin, and musk and frangipani round things off with a creamy, slightly tropical softness. It wears as a citrus aromatic with a smoky balsamic finish.
