Emporio Armani Lui is a bittersweet symphony - a classic, classy scent that everyone loves, but its modern formulation is tragically fleeting. Once a signature, now a ghost of its former self, leaving a trail of compliments for the lucky few who catch a fleeting whiff, and a lot of frustration for everyone else.

This one's a bit of a head-scratcher. While it's got a loyal following for its nostalgic charm and undeniable similarity to a certain famous 'poisonous' scent, a fair few find it an unpleasant, cheap imitation. Not one for a blind buy, then, unless you're feeling adventurous.
