Usage in Perfumery

Used in gourmand and autumn-dessert compositions where a fresh apple note would read too thin and sharp. The butter and vanilla in the base give it a body that plain apple does not have. It sits close to two notes already published here, baked-apple and dried-apple-crisp, so a composition that wants the pastry rather than the fruit or the crumble should use this one.
