It is cooked apple, not fresh - Premiere Peau's own contrast is "in contrast to fresh apple notes, Dried Apple Crisp has a richer, more rounded quality", so green stays low rather than carrying the apple-peel bite. Sweet_vanillic is the second-best supported claim: "hints of caramelization", "brown sugar", and a base of "Vanilla, Maple". Warm_spice is cinnamon and nutmeg, named independently by all three sources. Lactonic and creamy_woody are the crumble topping, and this is what separates the note from a plain baked apple - Shadow Scents names "a buttery crust base" and "a mouthwatering flaky butter crust note" and lists "Buttery crust" as one of only four key notes. Lactonic carries the butter, creamy_woody carries the baked pastry body, following the published puff-pastry and sweet-pastry vectors.
