About

Strawberry pushed into cooked sugar. Thick, sticky and intensely sweet, with the fresh fruit's green edge mostly gone.

Scent Profile

Strawberry Syrup smells of ripe, jammy red berries pushed into thick, boiled sugar. The sweetness is dense, with a caramel edge behind the fruit rather than beside it. A sticky, honeyed viscosity separates it from dry candy. A thread of tartness survives the cooking, but the fresh fruit's green edge is mostly gone.
