Blossom Perfumery 018 Candy is an Eau de Parfum. 018 Candy opens with Caramel, settles into a heart of Musk, and dries down to a base of Vanilla and Benzoin. Blossom Perfumery's 018 Candy carries an Acquired verdict, a caramel-led wear.

No. 018 leans into Prada Candy's caramel-musk-benzoin gourmand core, matching the basic sweet-powdery shape but with a thinner, more one-note caramel opening that fades to a simpler musk far sooner than the original's richer, more textured dry-down.

About

Prada Candy built its reputation on a deceptively simple three-note caramel, musk and benzoin structure, and No. 018 borrows that same skeleton closely. The opening is an immediate, candied caramel burst, sweeter and more synthetic than Candy's more refined toffee-like rendering. The heart moves fast into a soft, powdery musk, skipping the slow transition Candy manages between its caramel top and musky base. The dry-down settles into vanilla and benzoin, giving a reasonably close cosy, comforting finish, though it reads flatter and less luxurious than the original's warm ambery depth. Projection is strong for the first hour, drawing attention the way Candy does, but tails off within three to four hours rather than the six-plus hours the designer version tends to manage. For someone who wants a taste of Candy's caramel-gourmand charm for everyday wear without committing to the price tag, this captures the mood well enough, even if it can't match the original's polish.
