Brocard Spiced Tea (Пряный чай) is an Eau de Toilette launched in 2019, created by Christine Lucas. Spiced Tea (Пряный чай) opens with Bergamot, Orange, and Mandarin, settles into a heart of Rose, Jasmine, Cardamom, and Cinnamon, and dries down to a base of Cedar, Sandalwood, Vetiver, and Patchouli. Brocard's Spiced Tea (Пряный чай) carries a Statement verdict, a fresh-led wear.

This budget-friendly spice bomb is divisive. Some find it a fleeting aromatherapy mist perfect for cosy nights in, while others are disappointed by its sharp, dry spice profile and poor performance. It's a 'safe' Kenzo Elephant for some, a 'money thrown away' for others.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Fall Winter

A cold-weather scent - best worn in autumn and winter.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Casual

Its intimate sillage and very weak longevity mean it's best for casual, personal enjoyment at home, rather than making a statement. The spicy profile doesn't lend itself to formal settings, and its poor projection makes it unsuitable for active sports. It could be a very subtle office scent if applied lightly, but is more suited to relaxed, home-based wear.

About

Imagine a mug of heavily spiced masala tea, but without the creamy milk or much sweetness. It opens with a brief bright citrus flurry of bergamot and orange, which quickly gives way to a dominant heart of warm, dry spices: cardamom, cinnamon, and hefty doses of clove and nutmeg. There's a subtle rose and jasmine backdrop, with a very faint tea note trying to peek through. The dry-down settles into a woody base of cedar and sandalwood, with a whisper of patchouli and vanilla, though the spices remain the star of the show throughout.
