Eden Perfumes No.622 Nomade is an Eau de Parfum. No.622 Nomade opens with Mirabelle Plum, Bergamot, Lemon, and Orange, settles into a heart of Rose, Jasmine, Freesia, and Peach, and dries down to a base of Musk, Sandalwood, Patchouli, and Oakmoss. Eden Perfumes's No.622 Nomade carries an Acquired verdict, a fruity-led wear.

Modelled on Chloe Nomade, No.622 keeps the freesia-peach-rose heart and mossy patchouli base that define the original's chypre-floral character, but the fresh citrus opening is thinner and the oakmoss-driven earthiness fades quicker, giving a softer, more fleeting impression.

About

No.622 sets out to recreate Chloe Nomade's distinctive mossy-fruity chypre character, and largely succeeds in the middle of the composition. Bergamot, lemon and orange open things brightly, with mirabelle plum adding the same juicy, slightly boozy sweetness that made the original stand out from typical fresh florals. The heart is where the resemblance is strongest - freesia and peach blend with rose and jasmine into a soft, honeyed floral accord that captures Nomade's easy elegance. Where this dupe diverges is the base: oakmoss and patchouli are present but restrained compared to the original's assertive mossy-earthy signature, and white musk takes a more prominent role, giving a cleaner, less vintage-inspired finish than Chloe's chypre pretensions. Amberwood and sandalwood round things out with a gentle woody warmth. Longevity is moderate rather than excellent, and the earthy patchouli-moss combination that fans love about Nomade doesn't develop with quite the same depth over the drydown. Still, for the price this captures enough of the classy, sophisticated, slightly nostalgic mood to work as an easy everyday alternative - office wear, spring days out, anywhere a fresh but grown-up floral feels right.
