Sceptre Oceana starts with a blast of dark, rich vanilla, quickly joined by an earthy, slightly medicinal oud. Benzoin adds a balsamic, resinous warmth, rounding out the edges. It's a linear yet engaging blend, often described as a smoky, creamy vanilla-oud that, despite its misleading 'Oceana' name, is anything but aquatic.
