Minérale is built around a mineral note, and you notice it quickly. Bitter mandarin and saffron open the scent with a slightly metallic edge, which prepares you for what follows. In the middle, osmanthus gives a soft, leathery floral touch, while violet leaf and immortelle bring a green, faintly sweet earthiness. It reads as unusual rather than pretty. The base is where the stones appear: suede, cedar, akigalawood, patchouli and musk around a cool, damp mineral accord that recalls rain on concrete. It lasts well and projects strongly, so it will be noticed. If you like Ganymede, you will find this in the same family. It suits spring and autumn days, dates and creative workplaces.
