About

Halfeti's oil version leans on the same rose-oud-leather architecture that defines Penhaligon's original, opening with grapefruit and a green bitterness before moving into a rose, jasmine, and saffron heart. Where the real Halfeti carries an unusually large note count with careful restraint, this oil compresses everything into a thicker, more syrupy read - the citrus opening fades fast and the oud-leather base takes over earlier and louder than the original's slow reveal. It still delivers genuine oud-and-rose opulence for the price, just with less of the original's spiced, floral nuance in the middle stretch.
