O Boticário Lady Lily is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2014, created by Christophe Raynaud. Lady Lily opens with Bitter Orange, Mandarin, Magnolia, and Freesia, settles into a heart of White Flowers, Jasmine, Ylang-Ylang, and Gardenia, and dries down to a base of Musk, Amber, Cedar, and Sandalwood. O Boticário's Lady Lily carries a Favourite verdict, a floral-led wear.

If you're a fan of classic floral bouquets and don't mind a scent that's been done before, Lady Lily offers a pleasant, albeit unoriginal, experience. Apparently, it's very close to "Marry Me!" by Lanvin and even a Natura fragrance from '98, so it's not breaking new ground.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

When To Wear

Best Seasons

Best For:
Spring Fall

Built for the cooler edges of the year - spring and autumn pair best.

Best Occasions

Best For:
Date Casual
Also Works:
Office Formal

With moderate longevity and sillage, Lady Lily is versatile for day wear, particularly in spring. It's suitable for casual outings and dates, but perhaps a bit too classic and less bold for formal events or sports.

About

Lady Lily bursts open with a bright, zesty trio of bitter orange, mandarin, and freesia, quickly softened by magnolia. The heart blossoms into a rich, creamy white floral arrangement, dominated by jasmine, ylang-ylang, and gardenia, with a juicy peach note adding a touch of sweetness. The dry down is a warm, enveloping blend of vanilla, tonka, and amber, grounded by musk and woods like cedar and sandalwood. It's a proper bouquet, sophisticated but not overly heavy.
