Just Blooming sets out to capture Chloe's beloved modern rose, and it gets the gist convincingly. It opens dewy and bright with honeyed lychee, airy freesia and crisp peony, then moves into a clean, slightly soapy heart of powdery rose threaded with magnolia and lily of the valley. A soft cedar-and-amber base keeps it grounded as it dries down. Compared to the Chloe original, this version reads a touch flatter and more linear - the rose feels a little less refined and the famous soapy-laundered elegance is muted, with longevity sitting closer to the skin after the first few hours.
