Perfume Parlour Red Mineral is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2016. Red Mineral opens with Tuberose, Pink Pepper, and Clary Sage, settles into a heart of Orange Blossom, Jasmine, Ylang-Ylang, and Benzoin, and dries down to a base of Amber. Perfume Parlour's Red Mineral carries a Statement verdict, a floral-led wear.

Perfume Parlour's Red Mineral chases Armani Prive Rouge Malachite's huge creamy tuberose-and-amber signature. It nails the lush floral heart for a fraction of the price, but renders flatter and softer with noticeably shorter longevity than the niche original.

About

Red Mineral opens with a peppery, lightly herbal lift of pink pepper and clary sage before the tuberose takes over almost immediately. Where Armani Prive Rouge Malachite is a towering, sappy white-floral bomb, this budget version reads a touch thinner and sweeter, leaning on jasmine sambac, ylang-ylang and orange blossom to round out the heart. A whisper of cashmeran and benzoin adds warmth before a soft amber base settles in. The drydown is pleasant and creamy but lacks the dense, almost watery green stem facet that gives the original its three-dimensional depth - here the tuberose stays prettier and more linear. Projection is moderate and longevity is modest at four to six hours, a clear step down from Rouge Malachite's all-day staying power. It is a flattering, sensual floral for date nights and cooler-weather evenings, and an easy way to scratch the niche tuberose-amber itch without the luxury price tag.
