Vel Rose For Women

Name: Vel Rose For Women Eau de Parfum
Brand: Perfume Parlour

Perfume Parlour Vel Rose For Women is an Eau de Parfum launched in 2025. Vel Rose For Women opens with Cinnamon, Ginger, Peach, and Blackcurrant, settles into a heart of Rose, Violet, Lily of the Valley, and Coconut, and dries down to a base of Patchouli and Ambroxan. Perfume Parlour's Vel Rose For Women carries a Favourite verdict, a woody-led wear.

Vel Rose chases Louis Vuitton's eLVes - that creamy, fruity rose of peach and blackcurrant over Bulgarian rose and coconut milk. The dupe captures the soft fruity-floral charm but renders the layered double-rose accord flatter and a touch sweeter, with the polished Ambroxan glow trimmed and projection scaled back from the LV.

Top, heart and base are the brand's own listing, not a timing claim - the industry classifies a note by its character as much as by how fast it fades. Each curve here is modelled from that material's own volatility, so groups can overlap when a house lists long-lasting materials in its heart.

About

Vel Rose opens fruity and bright: a juicy peach and tart blackcurrant warmed by a flicker of ginger and cinnamon, that signature LV fruity sparkle. The heart blooms into rose - a rich Bulgarian rose softened with creamy coconut milk, lily-of-the-valley and a powdery violet, the centrepiece the original is built around. The drydown settles into a clean Ambroxan-and-patchouli base, modern and slightly musky. Held against the eLVes it imitates, this Perfume Parlour version follows the creamy fruity-rose blueprint but in a simpler register: the original's faceted double-rose and luminous Ambroxan radiance become a sweeter, more linear rose here, and projection is gentler. It still reads pretty and feminine throughout - a romantic, easy-to-love fruity rose for spring and autumn that delivers the eLVes mood at a fraction of the designer price, if without its polish and reach.
