The gap shows up in the base - Fucking Fabulous is known for a tonka-cashmeran-amber drydown that keeps intensifying and clinging to skin and clothing for most of the night, while this version's base settles more quickly into a softer, sweeter amber-vanilla that loses the leathery edge sooner than the original. It's still a fun, addictive-leaning scent for an evening out that leans into the same bold, unapologetic mood as the flagship, but the shorter arc and softer leather mean it reads as a lighter, sweeter take rather than the full, room-owning original.
