Pistachio Dream 66 is The Parfum Hub's take on Kayali's cult Yum Pistachio Gelato 33, and it nails the headline note: a syrupy, roasted pistachio-and-hazelnut opening that smells convincingly like the real gelato. Where it diverges is depth - the geranium and white peony heart Kayali builds around gets thinned out here, and the base skips straight to whipped cream, marshmallow and cotton candy without much of the cocoa or cedarwood grounding the original relies on for structure. It is a fun, mostly-there dupe for daytime wear, but projection fades within a few hours and the spice never really shows up.
