The Parfum Hub Riyadh Valley is an Eau de Parfum. Riyadh Valley opens with Davana, Bergamot, and Pink Pepper, settles into a heart of Amber, Oud, and Rosemary, and dries down to a base of Musk, Leather, and Vetiver. The Parfum Hub's Riyadh Valley carries an Acquired verdict, a woody-led wear.

Riyadh Valley matches Gissah's Imperial Valley note-for-note - bergamot and davana up top, oud and white amber through the heart, leather and vetiver underneath - and the structure holds up well, though the oud reads smokier and less refined than Gissah's own blend.

About

Riyadh Valley is one of The Parfum Hub's most accurate dupes on paper, lifting Gissah's Imperial Valley pyramid almost exactly: Davana and bergamot with pink pepper up top, white amber, rosemary and oud through the heart, then leather, musk and Haitian vetiver in the base. Imperial Valley has built a reputation as one of Gissah's most wearable oud compositions because the oud stays smooth and integrated rather than dominating - that's the part this version struggles to reproduce. The oud here comes across louder and slightly rougher earlier in the wear, and the leather-vetiver base doesn't have quite the same polish. Still, for anyone who wants the general leathery-oud-amber direction of Imperial Valley without the price tag, this is a fair starting point.
