Vanilla Oud opens with a rather intriguing blend of tart apple and crisp rhubarb, spiced up with a hint of leathery saffron. This quickly deepens into a smooth cashmere wood heart, accented by subtle floral whispers of rose and violet. The real star, of course, is the base: a rich, dark vanilla intertwining with a non-animalic oud, kissed with a burnt caramel sweetness and smoky woods for a truly gourmand, comforting dry down.
