Sangria Sol is Aromara's 35% Extrait take on Lorenzo Pazzaglia Sun-gria, chasing its red-wine-and-berries boozy gourmand signature at a fraction of the price. The blood orange and cinnamon opening lands close, but the heart reads flatter and sweeter than the niche original's layered fruit, and the dry-down loses some of Sun-gria's photorealistic sangria nuance as it settles into generic vanilla-amber.
