Perfume Parlour's budget take on Mancera Amore Caffe - a boozy coffee-and-amaretto opening melting into creamy vanilla ice cream and a brown-sugar, ambergris drydown, like an affogato in a bottle. PP captures the cosy, decadent coffee-vanilla signature of the original, but reads a touch flatter and more linear, missing some of the Mancera's three-dimensional evolution. A rich gourmand for a fraction of the niche price.
